Hello everyone and welcome to my ImpulsX Review. I’ve noticed a lot of talk lately about this Ad Credit Crypto MLM. So I decided to dig deeper and see what all the chatter is about.

As a matter of fact you may have been approached by someone about their products or business opportunity. And you came here to find out if it’s legit. So we are going to go through the company, the products, as well as the compensation plan. Then you will be able to make an educated decision about your future with the ImpulsX company.

What Is ImpulsX?

The ImpulsX company is an AdCredit Crypto MLM that is a combination of three components in one. And is comprised of the companies ImpulsX Passive, ImpulsX Trading, and the EurekaX crypto exchange.

So let’s see what their coming together under the umbrella of ImpulsX does for these companies in our ImpulsX Review.

ImpulsX Review – The Company

The ImpulsX company website is impulsx.io and was was privately registered on December 17, 2019 and updated on November 11, 2020. However the website is not currently accessible, and you get a “This Site Can’t Be Reached” error when trying to go to the website. But the other three company websites are still accessible and they are all run on separate websites.

In addition to that none of them have information on who runs or owns it. However I do know is EurekaX is a cryptocurrency exchange that is owned by CEO Darren Bradbury.

But what I don’t know is weather or not he has any partners or not that have joined him.

Darren Bradbury’s first company was called PowerHouse Feeder. Which he started back in 2017. And by 2019 he was the owner of My Passive Trades. However My Passive Trades has went under twice. And the latest of these being as recent as May 2020 for the second time.

In Addition to that in late 2019 Darren Bradury launched EurekaCoin. And the ERK is publicly tradeable. But it is only listed on a few shady exchanges. And after hitting the market at 0.6 cents last December, the ERK is currently only trading at around 1-2 cents. In addition to that the ERK has been stuck around the 1 to 2 cent mark for most of 2020.

However when ImpulsX Passive launched late 2020 the ERK went to 8 cents. But in October and November the ERK dropped back under 2 cents and is now staying around 2 to 3 cents.

In addition to that Eureka Exchange handles the cryptocurrency side of things for the ImpulsX company. And apparently Bradbury has teamed up with Mark Verdellen to launch ImpulsX. And Mark Vardellen was a promoter of Elysium Capital which was a company that ended up being a ponzi scheme about a year ago.

Alright now that we have that covered let’s see what the ImpulsX company offers for products or services in our ImpulsX Review.

ImpulsX.io Review – The Products

The ImpulsX company doesn’t have any retail products or services to offer customers or affiliates. So the only thing you can do is to become an affiliate and promote the affiliate membership.

Ok now let’s move right along and see what the ImpulsX company offers its affiliates as a compensation plan inside of our ImpulsX.io review.

ImpulsX Review – The Compensation Plan

The ImpulsX Passive Income System seems to be an ad credit MLM company.

ImpulsX Passive affiliates buy $10 in adpacks on a promise of a 2.5% weekly ROI. In addition to that affiliates can also earn $10 referral commissions when they personally sponsor people who buy these adpacks as well.

The PulsX company Pays its affiliates Residual Commissions through a 2×20 matrix compensation plan. In addition to that residual commissions are paid at 20 cents per adpack purchased by affiliates who are placed in the matrix.

In order to unlock beyond level 4 in the ImpulsX Passive compensation plan, you must do the following:

Silver – invest in 10 adpacks and recruit two investing affiliates to earn residual commissions down to level 8
Gold – invest in 100 adpacks and recruit five investing affiliates to earn residual commissions down to level 12
Diamond – invest in 500 adpacks and recruit ten investing affiliates to earn residual commissions down to level 15
Ruby – invest in 1000 adpacks and recruit thirty investing affiliates to earn residual commissions down to level 17
Emerald – invest in 2500 adpacks and recruit fifty investing affiliates to earn residual commissions down to level 20

ImpusX Review – ImpulsX Trading

The ImpulsX company has the recruiting and crypto trading bot element combined.

And below are the the monthly investments required for each of those packages:

$9.99 a month to maintain affiliate membership
$39.99 a month for “Ninja Trading Modules”
$39.99 a month for access to NBot, hosted on EurekaX
$249.99 a month for “personal mentoring training”

In addition to that ImpulsX Trading pays 7.5% of the fee’s as residual commissions in their 3×10 matrix compensation plan.

And you must have the $9.99 a month affiliate membership $9.99 in order to earn direct commissions.

And to earn in the matrix, you must have the two $39.99 per month plans and the $249.99 per month plan.

EurekaX Crypto Exchange

Now to round out this trio the EurekaX Exchange is their crypto exchange part of Impulsx. And they take 25% of the fee charged and use them to pay commissions down two levels through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

However the exact percentages are not disclosed.

ImpulsX Review – The Cost to Join

the ImpulsX Passive Income affiliate membership seems to be free. However if you want to take advantage of the income opportunity you will have to invest at least $10.

In addition to that ImpulsX Trading will run you at least $9.99 per month and to be part of the income opportunity, you must have both $39.99 memberships and the $249.99 per month membership.

So now comes the part you’ve been waiting for. And unlike a lot of all the other ImpulsX Reviews out there I am going to be straight with you. So stay with me just a few more minutes and remember to pay close attention. Because here are…

Final Verdict

So is there some kind of scam going on behind the scenes at the ImpulsX Company? Well let’s look at the information we have gathered. And see what the evidence tells us.

They are combining adcredit’s and Trading Bot software which according to the SEC are both Ponzi schemes.

As an example – Traffic Monsoon was the biggest adcredit MLM company and the SEC shut them down.

In addition to that they are offering passive returns which means they need to register with all the financial regulators of the countries they have affiliates in.

And they don’t have any retail products or services. Which makes this a pyramid scheme as well.

So as you can imagine I can’t recommend this cryptocurrency adcredit MLM company. Don’t invest with this company.

As a matter of fact something even better invest in yourself and be the creator of your own future. Because for real, You are totally worth investing in.
